i prefocus to place where i expect the rider will go. i dont remember the iso, but it was sunny day and i want shoot it for 1.8 f (nice deep of field), thets means a must shoot for low iso 100 and the time was 1/800...

hi, it was. D80 + nikor 50mm 1.8 and sb800 flash from left side. the 50mm lens is cheap and realy sharp, and if you shot for 1.8 and catch the rider in sharp zone its exelent... its about timing when to push the buton. and its lite bit sharpen in pc after resizing... gl vith photocamera
